Shelbie Wiles, LPCA

Hi, I’m Shelbie! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journey. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and continued my education to complete my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My clinical experience encompasses working with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I have specialized experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals navigating substance use and recovery, and those who have experienced crisis or trauma. Whether I’m helping someone navigate an immediate crisis or accompanying them on their longer path toward healing, I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming therapeutic environment.

In therapy, I believe in showing up authentically and meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, utilizing a thoughtful blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered approaches tailored to what works best for your unique needs and circumstances. I firmly believe that the healing process can be both meaningful and engaging—because healing doesn’t have to be boring.
