Chasity Bowlin Van Winkle

Chasity Bowlin Van Winkle is a dedicated mental health professional with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University. Her diverse background includes supporting families in crisis, providing individual counseling, managing complex cases, and helping individuals with significant disabilities access and maintain in-home care through Medicaid Waiver programs. She also has experience in early childhood development through her work with First Steps.

A native of Appalachia, Chasity brings a deep understanding of the region’s unique challenges and strengths. Her personal connection to the area allows her to build meaningful relationships with clients and offer compassionate, culturally informed care.

Outside of her professional life, Chasity is a proud wife and mother to an energetic young son. When she finds a moment to herself, she enjoys writing, cooking, and exploring new places with her family.
