First Offender Services

Wet Reckless: Individuals convicted of a “wet-reckless” DUI offense must complete 12 hours of alcohol and drug education.

First Offender 3 or 4 months*: Individuals convicted of first DUI offense must complete a program consisting of education, group and individual counseling. *Length of program varies*

First Offender 6 months: As ordered by the court as condition of probation, individuals convicted of a first DUI offense may complete a 6 month program consisting of education, group and individual counseling. 

First Offender 9 months: As ordered by the court as condition of probation, individuals convicted of a DUI offense with a BAC of .15% or greater,may be required to complete a 9 month program consisting of education, group and individual counseling.

Multiple Offender Services

Multiple Offender 18 months: Individuals convicted of a an 18 month multiple offender program must complete program consisting of education, group and individual counseling. The individual must also complete a community re-entry phase, consisting of participating in self-help groups, employment, family and other areas of self-improvement.

Multiple Offender 30 months: Individuals convicted of a 30 month multiple offender program must complete a program consisting of education, group and individual counseling. The individual must also complete a compendium of evidence for the court to demonstrate significant improvement in occupational performance, physical and mental health, family relations, and financial affairs including safe driving practices and responsible attitude toward the use of chemicals of any kind.
